文档编号:YS051 文档字数:32784.页数:43 摘 要：当前的色彩管理技术主要是基于ICC色彩管理的模式,其工作过程是在对印刷流程中各种环境与设备进行校准与规范化后，记录它们的色彩特性，生成特性文件（ICC 文件），并通过标准色空间进行颜色转换，最终实现在各种设备终端再现颜色的一致性。随着印刷科技的发展及印刷行业竞争的日益加剧，印刷企业的生产方式逐渐从传统模拟方式走向数字化、网络化与集成化，CTP技术、数码打样、数字化工作流程等技术的应用都说明了这一点。本文主要研究数字化工作流程及输出设备的校正和特征化，此外在实验部分充分了解了数字化工作流程的工作原理，并通过对印版、印张的网点扩大化和印张的色域分析，对采用了色彩管理技术的CTP和未采用色彩管理技术的CTF流程的印刷品，进行对比，验证了基于CTP流程的印刷色彩管理系统的色彩再现性较好。 关键词：数字化工作流程；输出设备；CTP；CTF；色彩管理 Abstract: The current color management technology is based on the model of ICC color management, the course of their work is in the process of printing a variety of environmental and equipment calibration and standardization, the record of their color characteristics, to generate properties files (ICC files), and through standard color space for color conversions, and ultimately end in a variety of equipment, the consistency of color reproduction. With the development of printing technology and printing industry increased competition, the production of printing enterprises from traditional analog to digital, networked and integrated, CTP technology, digital proofing, digital workflow applications and other technology described in this point. This paper studies the digital workflow and output device calibration and characterization, in addition to fully understand the experimental part of the digital workflow of the working principle, and through the plate, sheet and sheet of the network expansion of the color-domain analysis of the use of the CTP technology, color management and color management techniques did not use the CTF of print process, compared to verify the process based on the CTP printing color management system and better color reproduction.
