散页数码装订技术探讨

 摘 要：
 近年来，我国印后装订加工技术异军突起，新材料、新工艺、新设备的广泛应用，有效地提高了书刊装帧产品的档次，缩小了与国际先进加工技术的差距。尤其是书刊印刷装订企业通过采用高速度、多功能、连续生产水平较高的折页、配页、锁线、骑马联动、无线胶订联动、精装联动、自动堆积打包等设备，大大提高了书刊外观和内在质量，取得了可喜的进展。装订在整个印后加工中起着举足轻重的作用，社会对印刷品的需求越来越大，传统的装订设备远远跟不上生产要求。因此新的装订技术的出现和改进对印刷产业的发展起着决定性作用。
 以无线胶订、活页订、环订、铁丝订、维罗宾装订为代表的新装订技术仍存在着许多不足，但也有很多优点未被发现，在散页装订等方面应引起足够重视。装订后成品的牢固度及美观也是非常重要的，将直接影响成品的销售和价值，是新时代印刷品质量的一个重要标志。

Abstract: In recent years，China and India after the sudden emergence of binding processing technology，new materials, new processes, new equipment, widely used and effective products to improve the grade book binding, reduced the international advanced processing technology gap. Book printing and binding companies, especially through the use of high-speed, multi-functional, continuous production of high levels of folding, with pages, lock lines, riding linkage, perfect binding linkage, hardcover linkage, automatic packing packaging equipment, which greatly improved the book appearance and quality, has made encouraging progress. Binding in the finishing plays a vital role in society's growing demand for printed matter, the traditional binding equipment lags far behind the production requirements. Therefore, the emergence of new binding technologies and improve the development of the printing industry plays a decisive role.
 With perfect binding, loose-leaf set, ring set, wire set, velopin binding to represent a new binding technology still has many deficiencies, but there are many advantages undetected, in loose binding, etc. should pay close attention. After the strong degree of binding and beautiful finished product is also very important, will directly affect sales and the value of the finished product is a new era as an important symbol print quality.
