酮洛芬镇痛作用的研究

摘 要：本试验为酮洛芬镇痛作用的研究。采用小鼠迟发性超敏反应试验使用试剂致敏后进行研究；小鼠扭体试验，给药后腹腔注射0.6％醋酸，记录扭体潜伏期及15min内小鼠的扭体次数；免疫试验，小鼠给药第6天，除正常组外其余各组用60mg/kg环磷酰胺腹腔注射造模，造模后第2天，腹腔注射20％羊红细胞0.2ml/只免疫动物，免疫5天后进行试验。酮洛芬可显著提高小鼠痛阈值，延长扭体潜伏期。酮洛芬镇痛效果是显而易见的。

Abstract: This study was undertaken to examine the analgesic effect of ketoprofen. Mice delayed-type hypersensitivity test, using reagents sensitized after administration; mouse writhing test, after administration by intraperitoneal injection of 0.6% acetic acid, records writhing and 15min incubation period with the number of writhing in mice ; immune tests， mice the first six days, in addition to the normal group, the remaining group by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide 60mg/kg model, modeling the first two days, by intraperitoneal injection of 20% sheep red blood cell 0.2ml / only immune animals , 5 days after immunization to experiment. As the results Ketoprofen can significantly increase the pain threshold in mice and prolong the incubation period writhing. The analgesic effect of ketoprofen is obvious.
