摘要

随着科技不断的发展，我们对工业上的一些数据采集也有了更高的要求，温度也是一样。从前我们测温，用温度计等一些器具，但是随着科技的发展，这是远远不够的，因为普通的温度计必须直接接触被测物体，所以我们现在就要设计一些可以不接触被测物体就能得出其温度值的测试仪。
本系统是为了提高温度测试的智能性、快捷性和实用性。我们采用了非接触式的传感技术。数据采集系统。CPU采用的是我们比较熟悉的89C51，时钟系统采用的12887，存储器采用的是AT24C02。本系统采用的是八位的数字显示，四位温度，四位时间。在此系统中我们还采用了报警系统，当温度超过了这个测量范围时就会发出警报。这样的设计是属于性价比比较高的一种，在一定程度上降低了设计的复杂性和成本。

Abstract

With the development of the science and technology, we have higher requirement of some dates collecting in the industry, this also applies to the temperature. Previously we use some impotents like thermograph detecting the temperature, but with the development of science and technology, the old means can not satisfy our needs, because the average thermograph must directly contact the measured substances, we must design some test equipments, which can measure the temperature without contacting the measured substances.
The system improves the function intellect and ability the function of quick and the function of practical using of the temperature testing, we use the non-contacting sensing technique, the system of data collecting.89C51 is used as the CPU; the clock system adopts DS12887 ;the storage unit. Employs the AT24C02.The system displays eight bit, four of which is used for displaying temperature and the others is used for displaying time. We also design warm-up system. When the temperature is over the measure range the system will give an alarm. This design has high performance price rate and reduces the cost and complex of the design to a certain extent.
