摘要

在粮食的存运和采购中，其水分含量及保存温度是两个很重要的参数。为了把含水量控制在最佳的收购和储藏范围内，避免造成粮食霉烂等不必要的经济损失，满足粮食储藏部门及专业户的要求，迫切的需要一种测量可靠、操作方便的谷物水分及温度测定装置。以往采用的谷物水分测量仪，测定的规则复杂、时间长且造价高，很难满足要求，因此我们需要一种造价低廉、使用方便且测量准确的温度测量仪。
本系统由AD590及RHU-223进行信号采集，经过AD574对采集到的模拟信号进行数模变换，在单片机AT89C51内部进行数据处理，然后进行显示，附加的有软件设计等。
通过计算机控制可以实现人机分离，节省人力物力，且本设计造价低，可控
性强，比较理想的温度检测系统。

Former adoptive of corn humidity measure ,the rule of the measurement complicacy, time long and build the price high, very difficult satisfy the request, therefore we need a kind of building the price cheap, usage convenience and measure accurate degree of humidity measure .
According to single a machine logarithms word signal of high sensitive with can control the sex, the degree of humidity of spreads to feel the machine can produce the emulation signal, with A| D emulation arithmetic figure conversion an a set of examinations for of function, I designing with AT89c51 for core system, among them include the power supply the system, A/ D conversion, single a machine, reply an electric circuit, temperature examination and control, keyboard and manifestation and reports to the police the electric circuit, system software etc. part of designs.
Passing the calculator control can realize person's machine separates, save the manpower material resources, and this design builds the price low, can control
