摘要
本文主要阐述了智能停车场的构成、工作原理、工作条件及管理系统。运用可编程控制器(PLC)对停车场汽车进出及停放指示进行管理的方案。此方案大大提高了工作效率，维护周期短且调试方便，成本较低。
随着进口汽车大量涌人和国内汽车工业的不断发展，大中城市的汽车数量剧增，从而引发了停车管理问题。近几年，我国的停车场管理技术不断完善，计算机技术、通信技术、网络技术的发展又促进了停车场管理系统功能的强大。但是，现时某些小型停车场如要运用大量高新技术就会出现资金不足、维护管理不完善的问题，有时考虑也不够全面，所以目前就要解决车辆管理成本高、服务效率低等问题。

Abstract
    This paper elaborated on the composition of the smart parking, working principle, working conditions and management systems. The use of programmable logic controller (PLC) and out of car parking and parking management instructions. This program greatly enhance the work efficiency, maintenance cycle shorter and debugging convenience, lower cost. With a large number of imported cars Chung and the continuous development of the domestic automotive industry, large and medium-sized cities increased the number of cars, creating a parking management problem. In recent years, China's continuously improved parking management technology, computer technology, communications technology, network technology has facilitated the development of parking management system features powerful. However, now some want to use such as small parking lot of high-tech will be insufficient funding, inadequate maintenance and management questions, and sometimes not enough to consider a comprehensive, therefore, address the current high cost of vehicle management, low efficiency problem.
