基于PLC的轧钢机控制系统的设计

摘  要
本文简要介绍了轧钢机的发展现状以及现在的主要控制方式，在此基础上设计了基于PLC的轧钢机控制系统。并且分析了系统的各个主要部件的组成，并且详细说明了其工作方式。
本文设计的轧钢机控制系统，是利用了OMRON公司出品的CPM-1A系列PLC来实现对轧钢机系统的控制。系统主要实现了钢板轧制、降温及运送成品等三大功能。在降温过程中，系统对钢板表面喷射冷却液对其降温，喷射完毕后钢板上表面会形成一层保护层。最后将成品运送到指定存放位置，堆放起来，以便统一管理。
本文将PLC与世纪星组态软件有效的相结合，实现了轧钢机控制自动化。PCL程序实现了轧钢机的全部功能。PLC程序和组态程序清晰明了，完整的呈现出轧钢机的每一个工作状态，并且系统运行稳定，满足系统中所要求各个指标，可以应用在现实工业的生产中。

Abstract
This paper has briefly introduced the current development situation and the present mainly control method of the rolling mill, designed the control system of rolling mill based on PLC on this basis, analyzed the composition of each main part of the system, introduced its working mode particularly.
The rolling mill control system designed by this paper was made use of CPM-1A series PLC that OMRON Company produces to realize the control to the rolling mill system. The system had three major functions. It can do steel rolling, cooling and transportation for finished products. In lower program, system belt to be sprayed the cooling fluid on the surface of it to lower the temperature. After spraying the cooling fluid, the above surface of the stencil plate will form a layer of protection course. Finally, the system will transport the finished product to an appointed place, pilling them up, in order to manage in unison.
This paper combines PLC and the century star configuration software effectively to control the rolling mill automatically. PCL procedure has realized all functions of the rolling mill. PLC procedures and configuration procedures are clear. They can demonstrate every working state of the rolling mill integrally. The system running steadily and can meet each required targets, can apply to the production of realistic industry.
