路桥自动收费模拟系统的制作

摘 要
    ETC（Electronic Toll Collection System）电子收费系统又称不停车收费系统或自动收费系统。该系统主要用于路桥车辆通行的自动收费。它采用一套电子扫描自动系统,能够自动判别各类车辆的收费标准。该系统不与，全部实现自动化，不停车，不需支付现金。减少了停车延误，提高了收费关卡通行的车
辆流量，有效的抑制了收费过程中由于人工干预可能产生的舞弊行为。系统采用微波通讯、Tag（车载卡）存储、光字符识别（OCR）、AVI（Automatic Vehicle Identification）自动车辆识别和计算机网络等多种高新科技于一体，投入使用后将产生良好的社会影响力。

 Abstract
 The ETC( Electronic Toll Collection System) electronics charges the system again call to not park the car to charge the system or automatically chargeses the system.That system primarily used fors the road bridge the vehicle to go throughs of automatically charges.It adopt an electronics to scan the automatic system, and can automatically distinguish the standard of charging of various vehicle.That system does not need the artificial with, all realizes automation, not park the car, and not need to pay by cash.Reduced the parking delay, and increase to charge the toll-gate of car that go through
discharge, valid of in restraint of charge process inside because the artificial interfere and may produce of embezzle the behavior.System adoption microwave communication, Tag( the car carry the card) , light word the identify( OCR), the automatic vehicle of AVI( Automatic Vehicle Identification) identify with the various and high and new technology of etc. of calculator network to will produce the good and social influence after using integral whole, input.
