变频调速在城市供水系统中的应用

摘 要
 本文档在分析了供水自动控制系统的发展现状和特点的基础上，结合我国城市供水的现状，设计了一套以变频调速技术为基础的恒压供水系统。
 本文介绍了恒压供水的基本原理以及系统构成，说明了可编程控制器（PLC）在恒压供水系统中所担任的角色。以及介绍了根据管网的压力，通过变频器控制水泵的转速，使水管中的压力始终保持在合适的范围。从而可以解决因楼层太高导致压力不足及小流量时能耗大的问题。本文从系统的整体设计方案和实际需求进行分析，紧密的联系实际生活的需要，力求做到使系统运行稳定，操作简便，解决实际中问题，保证供水安全、快捷、可靠。为了防止自动系统发生故障，本设计做了手动控制器。

Application of The Frequency Control of Motor Speed in The City’s Water Supply System（Design Proposal One of PLC and Frequency convertor）
ABSTRACT
 On the basis of analyzing the development and characteristic of automatic system of water supply, combined with the waterworks in our country, this text designs a water supply system based on variable frequency speed-regulating technology.
 This text has introduced the basic principle that constant voltage supplies water and foundation that the system form , have stated the role served as of the programmable controller (PLC ) in the water -supply system of constant voltage. And has introduced according to the network management pressure, controls water pump's rotational speed through the inverter, causes in water pipe's pressure maintains at throughout the appropriate scope, thus may solve the problem which the floor high pressure is too insufficient when small current capacity the energy consumption is big. This text since the whole design plan of the system and actual demand are analysed, the need of close life of intergrating with practice, make every effort to make sure to make the system run steadily, easy and simple to handle, solve and hit the problem actually, guarantee to supply water of the security, swift , reliable.In order to pump water for the people under the uncommon condition of the frequency invertor ,this systerm has designed manual-controller.
