PLC在变电站变压器自动化中的应用

摘要

变电站自动化，也称变电站综合自动化，是伴随着计算机及大规模集成电路技术的发展而出现的，国际上在20世纪70年代末就研制出了实验系统。到了90年代，计算机的性能也十分强大·稳定，价格持续下降，并随着计算机通信技术和网络技术的发展，变电站自动化系统的性能也是满足电力系统运行的要求。建设和运行经验表明，变电站自动化系统可带来节省电缆、缩小控制室面积、提高监控水平、积累运行数据和节省人力等方面的显著效益，现已成为新建变电站首选的监控模式。
本文通过对变电站自动化的描述，提出了可编程控制器PLC在变压器自动化及变电站综合控制的实现和应用。在第二章中讲述了PLC可编程变压器自动化屏的组成及实现，并讲述了可编程变压器自动化的选择和实施控制的原理。第三章提出了PLC分级递阶控制在变电站综合控制中的结构及应用，还讲述了对通信口的设计。第四章通过对数字化变电站自动化系统的特点和结构的讲述，提出了变电站自动化的新发展。
通过PLC在变电站变压器自动化中的实现，让我们更精确的对它实施控制，减少了人工操作的麻烦和避免了一些不必要的损失。

Abstract
Transformer substation automation, also said that the transformer substation synthesis automation, is following the computer and the large scale integrated circuit technology development appears, internationally developed the experiment system in the late-1970s. To the 90s, computer's performance has been very also formidable · stably, the price drops continually, and along with the computer communication and networking's development, the transformer substation automated system's performance is also satisfies the electrical power system movement the request. The construction and the service experience indicated that the transformer substation automated system may bring saves the electric cable, to reduce the control room area, the enhancement monitoring level, the accumulation performance data and saves aspect and so on manpower remarkable benefits, already became the newly built transformer substation first choice the monitoring pattern. This article through to the transformer substation automation's description, proposed programmable controller PLC and applies in the transformer automation and transformer substation integrated control's realization. Narrated in the second chapter the PLC programmable transformer automation screen's composition and realizes, and narrated the programmable transformer automation choice and the implementation control principle. The third chapter proposed PLC grades the hierarchical control in the transformer substation integrated control structure and the application, but also narrated to passes the design unguardedly. The fourth chapter through to the digitized transformer substation automated system's characteristic and the structure narration, proposed the transformer substation automation recent development. Through PLC in transformer substation transformer automation's realization, lets us more precise implement the control to it, reduced the manual control trouble and has avoided some nonessential loss.
