X62W型卧式万能铣床设计

摘要

由于可编程控制器（PLC）是专为在工业环境下应用而设计的一种工业控制计算机，具有抗干扰能力强、可靠性极高、体积小、是实现机电一体化的理想控制装置等显著优点。随着科学技术的发展，可编程控制技术的应用也日趋广泛。机床是工业生产中应用不可缺少的一种机器，主要用于机器及各种零部件的制作和加工。
本文共设计了三种车床：Z35摇臂钻床、X62W型卧式万能铣床、C650-1卧式车床。本文首先阐述了可编程控制器的基本概念、基本结构和工作原理，为设计做好充分准备。在后文中分三章分别详细介绍了三种机床的电气控制原理及操作过程，还在电气控制的基础上对三种机床的PLC控制的硬件接线、I/O分配、梯形图、语句表做了详细的阐述。

 Abstract

Because the programmable controller (PLC) is specially for one industrial control computer which applies under the industry environment designs, has the antijamming ability to be strong, the reliability is high, the volume slightly, is extremely realizes the integration of machinery ideal control device and so on remarkable merit. Along with science's and technology's development, the programmable control technology's application day by day is also widespread. The engine bed is in the industrial production applies the essential one kind of machine, mainly uses in the machine and each kind of spare part manufacture and the processing.
This article has altogether designed three kind of lathes: Z35 radial drill drilling machine, X62W horizontal type universal milling machines, C560-1 horizontal lathe. This article first elaborated the programmable controller's basic concept, the basic structure and the principle of work, prepare for full for the design. Divided three chapter of distinctions in the later word to introduce three kind of engine bed's electric control principles and the operating process in detail, but also in electric control's foundation to three kind of engine bed's PLC control's hardware wiring, the I/O assignment, the trapezoidal chart, the sentence table has made the detailed elaboration.
