摘要: 本文主要介绍了 PLC在城市污水处理中的具体应用，系统介绍了城市污水处理工艺流程以及基于SIEMENS的S7—400 系列PLC的污水处理实施方案，介绍了城市污水处理厂监空系统数据采集的方法。为了提高污水处理厂的运行管理水平， PLC是该系统的重要组成单元，各单元按一定拓扑结构互连构成污水处理厂的控制系统。研究结果表明，该系统不仅具有较强的并行协调处理能力，而且具有高可靠性、灵活性和可扩展性，以及高速处理能力等优点。结合某污水处理厂自动化控制系统的运行情况，介绍污水处理厂的设备组成、自动化控制方式和PLC各工作站的功能、网络构成在污水处理中的应用，总结自动化控制系统对提高生产效率、减少现场操作人员、提高安全性发挥的良好效果。

Abstract

this article mainly introduced PLC in the urban sewage processing concrete application, the system introduced the urban sewage processing technical process as well as based on SIEMENS S7-400 the series PLC sewage treatment implementation plan, introduced the Urban sewage treatment plant supervises the spatial system data acquisition the method. In order to enhance the Sewage treatment plant the operational guidance level, PLC is this system's important composition unit, various units according to certain topology interconnection constitution Sewage treatment plant control system. The findings indicated that this system not only has the strong parallel coordinated handling ability, and has the redundant reliability, the flexibility and the extendibility, as well as merits and so on high speed handling ability. Unifies some Sewage treatment plant automation control system's operational aspect, introduced that the Sewage treatment plant the equipment composition, the automation control mode and the PLC various workstations' function, the network constitution in sewage treatment's application, summarize the automation control system to raise the production efficiency, to reduce the site operators, to enhance the secure display the good results.
