CJ20-100交流接触器装配线设计

 摘  要：本课题以CJ20-100交流接触器为研究对象，进行装配工艺设计和装配流水线设计。根据装配的组织形式，确定产品采用带输送，双滚筒多拖辊水平输送方式，这种方法有利于提高产品的生产效率。电器的设计和生产离不开产品的试验，新产品的性能是否合乎要求都需要通过试验鉴定。出厂试验作为接触器生产过程的后续工序，必须对每个产品进行的实验，是整个装配过程中不可缺少的工序，是判断产品是否合格，能否出厂的标准，也是保证每台产品的质量而进行的。夹具在其中起到重要的作用，所设计的检测夹具根据产品的技术条件能正确和方便的卸装产品，便于产品的出厂的检验。检
 测夹具所要检测的内容包括：产品的外观检测、接触器的开距、超程、同步性、动作特性等。
