摘 要
电气控制技术是随着科学技术的不断发展及生产工艺不断提出新的要求而得到飞速发展的。现代电气控制技术正是综合了计算机、自动控制、电子技术和精密测量等许多先进的科学技术成果。
本文档主要是设计贮丝生产线PLC控制的系统，在本系统中采用了东芝EX系列的PLC，是因为PLC不仅用于开关量控制，还用于模拟量及数字量的控制，可采集与存储数据，还可对控制系统进行监控。更重要的是由于控制系统的要求，系统输入/输出的点数多达160多个，而EX250的输入/输出点数可达到256点，从而满足了系统的要求。所以在系统中不需要在扩展其它的芯片，从而使生产线的控制简单化。贮丝生产线的功能是将上道工序已加工完成的烟丝，按照不同的规格型号及不同等级分别送往指定的贮丝柜贮存并加以混合。然后，根据需要将不同类型的烟丝送往指定的卷烟生产线。整个生产线可以通过几个出料口同时出料，甚至可以在同一柜中同时进出料。

Abstract
The technique of electricity control gets to develop that it is along with the science technical development continuously and the craft produce which bring up the new request continuously. The modern of the technique of electricity control synthesize much advanced result of the science technique that it is computer, automatic control, the technique of electronics and measure etc.
This thesis designs primarily the system that the PLC controls the production line of storing the silk, the PLC not only uses for the control of switch, but still uses for the control of analogy variables and digital variables, and can collect and memorize the data, and can still supervise control system, so in this system it adopts the series of PLC of the Toshiba EX. More important because of the request of the control system, the number of I/O points of the control system is more 160, but EX250 can attain to the point of 256, so it is satisfied with the system's request. Therefore it does not need for expanding the other film in the system and it can make the control of the producing line simple. The function of the production line of storing the silk is working procedure already the shredded tobacco which processes complete, escorts to separately according to the different specification model and the different rank assigns to store the silk cabinet to store and performs to mix. Then, the different type shredded tobacco is escorted to the cigarette production line which assigns according to needs. The entire production line may output the material through several discharge holes at the same time, even may input/output the material through the cabinet at the same time.
