摘 要
 喷气织机就是利用气流代替梭子作为载体进行引纬的纺织机，引纬结束后无须对载体进行回收，可完全避免载体故障对人或者机器造成损坏。因而具有结构简单，设备低廉，引纬速度高，燥声和震动低，工人劳动低，操作安全等优点。特别是采用小打纬进程和小开口动程织造工艺及“接力气流引纬”的新工艺，为喷气织机的进一步高速、阔幅织造创造了极为有利的条件。
 20世纪80年代以来伴随着电子技术的发展，喷气织机的性能得以飞速发展，成为应用电子技术最多，控制最复杂的一种织机。近年来在品种适应性方面也有很大的提高，在无梭织机的发展中处于有利位置，世界各织机生产国都竞相发展。
 本文针对喷气织机的特性参照目前的技术特性，完成了对喷气织机引纬系统电子挡纱销的设计。本文首先完成了对新式喷气织机现状的发展，阐述了喷气织机引纬原理，进而确定挡纱销的设计。

 Abstract
 Is the use of air jet looms as a vector to replace the Barracuda with weft of the textile machine, with Wei after the end of the carriers do not have to recall, the carrier can completely avoid failures to the people or damage to machinery. Which is simple in structure, equipment is low, with Wei-high-speed, dry sound and vibration low, low labor workers, the advantages of safe operation. In particular the use of small beating-up process and the small opening fixed-weaving process and "relay air weft insertion" of new technology, for further high-speed air-jet looms, weaving Kuofu created a very favorable terms.
 Since the 1980s accompanied by the development of electronic technology, air-jet looms to the performance of rapid development, application of electronic technology to become the largest, most complex control of a loom. In recent years the species adaptability has also been greatly improved, non-woven fabrics in the development of machines in a favorable position, the world's production loom countries competing development.
 In this paper, air-jet looms in the light of the current characteristics of the technical characteristics, completed the air-jet looms with weft yarn block sales of electronic system design. This paper first completed a new air-jet looms status of development, expounded the principle of air-jet looms with weft and then determine the design of retaining yarn sales.
