PLC在自动验瓶机控制系统中的应用

摘 要
本文档简要介绍了可编程控制器（PLC）与世纪星监控软件在自动验瓶机中的控制方法及原理，从而为我国的啤酒产业开创了新的检测方法，实现了整套生产线的自动化。
本文主要介绍了了如何用PLC与组态软件实现自动验瓶机控制系统。本次PLC系统设计主要是由模拟量输入输出模块、移位寄存器、传送器、定时器、计数器构成，系统的主要功能是对瓶子的各项指标合格与否进行检测，通过手动控制来实现对瓶子合格与否的选择。最后通过世纪星组态软件来实现监控系统画面的运行，实现了验瓶机的远程操作。
本设计基本上实现对自动验瓶机运行状况的实时监视，完成自动验瓶机的输送控制，检测控制，剔除控制和装箱控制等任务。使用该自动验瓶机大大减少了人力资源，同时节约了成本，可以迅速提高啤酒产业的经济效益。

Abstract
This article introduce briefly the programmable controller (PLC) and the century star monitoring software use in the automatically bottle machine about the control method and the principle, thus found the new examination method for our country's beer industry, and  realize production line's automation.
This article mainly introduces how to use the PLC and the configuration software to realize the bottle machine control system automatically. This PLC system is designed mainly by the simulation quantity input output module, the shift register, the conveyer, the timer, the counter constitution, this system's major function is measuring all targets of every bottles ,qualitative or not , then the choices of qualified or not of the bottles were controlled by hand. Finally it realizes the supervisory system picture's movement through the century star configuration software, and realizes the automatically bottle's machine's long-distance operation.
This design achieves real-time surveillance of the work situation of this automatically bottle machine, and completes the transport control, the examination control, the rejection control, the box control and so on. This bottle machine reduces the human resources greatly, saves the cost simultaneously, and enhances the beer industry's economic efficiency rapidly.
