摘 要
本文档简要介绍了可编程控制器（PLC）与世纪星监控软件在全自动工业洗衣机中的控制方法及原理，从而为我国工业洗衣机开创了新的洗涤过程，实现了整套洗衣的自动化。
本文主要介绍了了如何用PLC与组态软件实现自动洗衣机控制系统。本次PLC系统设计主要是由模拟量输入输出模块、定时器、计数器构成，系统的主要功能是让洗衣机正常洗衣，通过手动控制来实现洗衣的单独过程的选择。最后通过世纪星组态软件来实现监控系统画面的运行，实现了洗衣机的远程操作。
本设计基本上实现对自动洗衣机运行状况的实时监视，完成自动洗衣机的洗涤，漂洗，脱水等任务。使用该自动洗衣机大大减少了人力资源，同时节约了成本，可以迅速提洗衣机的自动过程。

Abstract
The present paper introduced the programmable controller briefly (PLC) with the century star monitoring software's in completely automatic industry washer control method and the principle, thus founded the new wash process for our country industry washer, has realized the automation which whole set washes clothes.
This article mainly introduced how to have used PLC and the configuration software realizes the automatic washer control system. This PLC system design is mainly by the simulation quantity input output module, the timer, the counter constitution, system's major function is lets the washer wash clothes normally, realizes the independent process choice which through the hand control washes clothes. Finally realizes the supervisory system picture movement through the century star configuration software, has realized washer's long-distance operation.
This design basically realizes to the automatic washer movement condition real-time surveillance, completes the automatic washer's wash, the rinse, duties and so on dehydration. Used this automatic washer to reduce the human resources greatly, simultaneously saved the cost, might propose washer's automatic process rapidly.
