基于PLC的工业铲车控制

摘  要
 工业铲车自动化及智能化程度低，本文提出了对其进行自动化改造的技术路线和具体思路，论述了应用PLC进行自动化控制的方案；采用三菱PLC编程器对工业铲车控制部分进行线路控制，可以很容易实现完成逻辑、顺序、定时、计数、数字运算、数据处理等功能，通过输入输出接口建立与工业铲车数字量和模拟量的联系，实现生产过程的自动控制，提高了生产效率，对其它的生产机械有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract
 The industry mechanical shovel automation and the intellectualized degree are low, this article proposed makes the automated transformation to it the technical route and the concrete mentality, elaborated has carried on the automated control using PLC the plan; Uses the Mitsubishi PLC programmer to carry on the line control to the industry mechanical shovel control section, may very easy realize completes logic, the order, fixed time, functions and so on counting, digital operation, data processing, through the input output interface establishment and the industry mechanical shovel digit quantity and the simulation quantity's relation, realizes the production process automatic control, raised the production efficiency, has to other production machinery profits certainly from the significance.
