PLC在自动纸箱剪板机上的应用

摘要

 利用PLC高速计数器对切纸机老化的单片机控制推纸器位置控制系统电路进行改造，以在有限的预算内修复设备、提高其运行稳定性，并大幅提高设备的自动化程度，使操作更加简单明了，从而降低操作人员培训难度、缩短培训周期、控制成本、提高使用安全性和提高生产效率。

Abstract

 The monolithic integrated circuit control stroker position-control system electric circuit which gets older to the paper cutting machine makes the transformation using the PLC high speed counter, by repairs the equipment in the limited budget, to enhance its movement stability, and enhances equipment's automaticity largely, causes an operation simpler perspicuity, thus reduces the operators to train difficulty, the reduction training cycle, the control cost, the enhancement operational safety and raises the production efficiency.
