PLC在桥式起重机自动控制系统中的应用

摘  要

 在实际生产过程中往往需要进行大型设备的组装、拆卸、装运等。这些设备不论从体积到重量都很大，所以需要大型的起重机对其进行搬运，桥式起重机俗称天车是一种用来起吊、放下和搬运重物、并使重物在一定距离内水平移动的起重、搬运设备。桥式起重机由小车、大车组成、主钩为提升机构。桥式起重在生产过程中有着重要应用。

Abstract
 Often needs to carry on large-scale equipment's assembly, the disassemblage, shipping in the actual production process and so on. No matter these equipment are very big from the volume to the weight, therefore needs the large-scale hoist crane to carry on the transporting to it, the bridge-type hoist crane popular name overhead traveling crane is one kind uses for to hoist up, to lay down with the transporting heavy item, and causes the heavy item the level migration to lift heavy objects, the loader in certain distance. The bridge-type hoist crane by the car, the large cart is composed, the main hook for the raising mechanism. Bridge-type lifts heavy objects in the production process has the important application.
