PLC的液压转位机器手电气控制

摘要

 采用可编程控制器PLC代替继电器控制器，对机器手的液压驱动系统进行控制，通过输入输出接口建立与机器手液压系统开关量和模拟量的联系，实现机器手搬运工件的顺序动作和自动控制，达到准确度高、控制方便、可靠性好的目标，大大提高了生产率和自动化程度，节省硬件成本、降低故障率，达到节能增效的目的，具有很强的实用性。

Abstract
 Uses programmable controller PLC to replace the relay controller, carries on the control to machinist's hydraulic pressure driving system, through the input output interface establishment with the machinist hydraulic system switch quantity and simulation quantity's contacting, realizes the machinist to transport the work piece the smooth movement and the automatic control, achieves the accuracy to be high, the control is convenient, the reliable good goal, raised the productivity and the automaticity greatly, saves the hardware cost, to cut the failure rate, achieves the energy conservation efficiency the goal, has the very strong usability.
