UV油墨在金属包装上的应用

摘 要：近年来，UV油墨以其不含挥发性有机化合物（VOCs）的环保特性备受业界推崇，但是，它在我国金属包装上的应用却并不顺利。于是，本文就针对我国UV油墨在金属包装上应用的一些问题展开了分析与研究，通过研究为金属UV油墨的选用提供了建议，同时找出一些国内UV油墨在金属包装上应用不利的原因，并提供了为此的解决思路。
 在分析研究中，本文首先对UV油墨的应用背景进行了介绍，对比分析了其在国内外的发展情况，提出了研究UV油墨的意义。然后，文章从技术方面对UV油墨在金属包装上的应用问题进行了分析。在此部分，文章介绍了UV金属油墨的组成、固化原理、固化过程等，并通过对油墨厂和印刷厂实例的研究来分析UV油墨的选用和其在金属包装上应用的问题。

Abstract: In recent years, UV ink is popular in packaging and printing industry, because it contains no VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds). But the application of it in metal packaging is not going well in our country. This paper researched the application of UV ink used in metal packaging to give the suggestion for the selection of UV ink and find the factors affecting the application. Based on these, the paper also gave the idea to solve the problems in the application.
 At first，this article introduced the background of the UV curing technology and analyzed its development home and abroad to show the necessity of the research. Then this article analyzed the application in technology including the components of UV metallic ink，the principle, the curing procedure and so on. Meanwhile，the paper also analyzed the ink with some research in some enterprises to study the selection of UV ink and the problems in the application.
