 摘 要：本文档介绍了UV 金属油墨的种类、特性与使用范围，并
 就UV金属油墨的印刷色序、固化工艺以及正确选用进行了详细论
 述。从油墨的特性及金属印件的表面适性来选用UV油墨及分析UV
 金属印刷品的印刷适性和效果。通过对一般金属UV油墨、光固化
 特种金属油墨、UV系列弹性金属油墨、特殊效果UV金属油墨等分
 类学习熟悉UV金属油墨的选用和印刷效果。通过对用UV印刷的
 王老吉马口铁包装的实验，包括外观指标、抗划伤性、附着性、
 耐高温性等方面的实验，得出UV金属油墨在王老吉金属包装上良
 好的印刷适性和效果表现。

Abstract: This article introduces the category, property and application of UV metalic ink. Correct selection of UV metalic ink and its printing sequence, curing procedures are also specified. Be Familiar with the choice of UV metallic ink and printing results through the study of metal UV ink、light-cured special metallic ink、flexible metal series UV ink、UV metallic ink special effects and so on. Through the study of experiments in tinplate packaging of Wanglaoji, including exterior indicatrix、scratch resistance、adhesive force、boiling resistance，UV metallic inks perform good Printability and effectiveness.
