外资银行的行为及其影响分析

内 容 提 要

    本^论文共分四部分。第一部分，介绍在华外资银行的现状。第二部分“外资银行对我国经济的影响：宏观效应，着重从收入效应、货币政策效应和国际收支效应三个方面论述外资银行在宏观上对我国经济的影响。第三部分“外资银行对我国经济的影响：微观效应，研究外资银行在微观层面上的影响，着重从二个方面进行论述，一是金融市场结构效应，外资银行的进入形成了新的金融市场竞争格局，强化了我国银行业的竞争与合作机制；二是经营管理效应，外资银行将现代银行经营管理理念和经验带入中国，给中国金融业和金融市场注入了新鲜血液，促进中资银行经营管理机制的转变。第四部分“完善我国银行业对外开放的思考”，本章在前文对外资银行经济影响分析的基础上，对当前外资银行引进政策进行评价，并从中央银行的角度提出有关外资银行进入及业务经营监管的政策思路。

Abstract

 This thesis is divided into four parts. In Part One, I discussed the development and expansion of multinational bank in China. Ever since 1981, the number of foreign banks in China has increased to 183. Along with the increase, he total asset and liability also grew steadily.
 In Part Two, I stressed the macro effect to our economy from three aspects such as the income effect, the monetary effect and the international balance of payment effect. The come-in of foreign banks stipulate our economic development by bringing in large amount foreign investment and cover the capital and foreign shortage. Meanwhile, the credit and money exchange business of foreign banks affect both our monetary policy and international balance of payment directly or indirectly.
 In Part Three, I discussed the micro effect of foreign banks mainly from two aspects: The first point is the financial market structure effect. The entrance of foreign banks introduces a new pattern of competition in the financial markets, and stimulates the competition among domestic financial institutions. And the second is the business management effect. Modern bank management concept and their experience brought by foreign bank promote the reform in the business management for domestic banks.
 In Part Four, I discussed How to perfect opening in our banking sector. Following the above, I made comment on the existing policies for foreign banks, and gave some suggestion on foreign bank entrance and business supervision from the central bank viewpoint.
