基于.NET的科技期刊网上编辑部

摘要

 随着计算机技术和网络技术的不断进步与发展，计算机网络技术在期刊信息管理和稿件编辑中的应用也日益广泛。科技期刊的传统工作流程必然受到深刻的影响和变革，通过Internet 投稿和审稿已经逐步取代了传统的邮寄模式，网络化、信息化和规范化已成为科技期刊的主要发展趋势。因此，构建基于互联网的远程稿件处理系统，搭建期刊信息管理平台已经成为必然趋势。
 本^论文根据科技期刊投稿流程、审稿流程、编辑管理等业务需求，利用IIS（Internet信息服务）+ASP+数据库构成的三层式Web结构，采用“浏览器/服务器”（Browser/Server）体系结构，提供了从作者投稿、编辑分配、专家审稿等所有相应的功能模块，满足了科技期刊编辑部日常工作需求。

ABSTRACT

 As the development of the computer technology and network technology, computer network technology is used more and more widely in the journal of information management and manuscript editing application. Traditional workflow of scientific journals will certainly be attached by a profound impact and change, online peer review has gradually taken place of traditional mail mode, major trends of scientific journals are networking, information technology and standardized. So, it’s very necessary to build a online-peer-review system.
 According to scientific journals’ business needs, such as submission process, review process, editorial management, using IIS(Internet Information Server) + ASP + SQL Server 2000 and “B/S”(Browser/Server) structure, this papers build some function modules. For example, online submission, editing the first instance, the expert review, editor-in-chief of final appeal and so on. They meet the needs of the daily work of the editorial department.
