^论文字数:13476,页数:44 摘要 在现代企业中,客户资源成为企业最具价值的资产,建立客户信息数据库,实现对这部分最具价值资产的管理,是企业的核心任务之一。作为一种应用软件,银行客户关系管理系统利用客户关系管理和统计分析,主要实现两大基本功能:一是客户基本信息的增加、删除、修改和查询,其中,查询客户信息有多种方式,如:模糊查询、部分查询以及精确查询。另一项功能是对客户进行资产流动性分析、财务分析和理财分析,同时得出财务报表。这两项功能大大简化了银行系统对客户的管理过程, 从而从根本上提高了银行的办事效率。 关键词:客户关系管理,PowerBuilder,ODBC,SQL Server ABSTRACT In the modern enterprise, customer resource is becoming the most valuable assets. One of the main assignment for the enterprise is to build customer information database and manage the most valuable assets. As one of the application software, Bank CRM system makes use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and statistic. It primarily implements two basic functions: one is adding, detecting, modifying and querying the customer basic information. Especially, the querying function contains blurry querying, part querying and accurate querying. The other function is statistic, which includes asset liquidity analysis, finance analysis and personal financing analysis. Basic on these analysis, it is easy to educe the finance report. To some extend, both of the above two functions predigest Bank management process. Further more, it improves the Bank efficiency radically. According to the analysis, this design applies the technology of PowerBuilder, which is produces by the famous Sybase Company. It is the manufacturer of database application tools. Meanwhile, it also applies ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) and SQL (Structured Query Language) Server. Using PowerBuilder Language is able to provide diversified Object Oriented developing tools , which can also implement the functions expediently and laconically.
