中澳班学生学籍管理系统

摘要

 如今，信息技术在管理上得到了越来越深入而广泛的应用，管理信息系统（MIS）的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。管理信息系统是一个不断发展的新型学科，任何一个单位要发展，要高效率地把内部活动有机地组织起来，都应该建立与自身特点相适应的管理信息系统。
 学生学籍管理系统是学校信息决策和管理的重要组成部分，并且比较典型地反映了MIS的基本概念、设计与开发的要点其开发主要包括后台的数据库的建立、维护以及前台的相应应用程序的开发两个方面的内容。数据库的建立和维护主要要求其管理数据的一致性、完整性、安全性；而前台的应用程序开发则要求做到各项功能要完备，操作要简便，易学易用。作者选择PowerBuilder 9.0和SQL Server2000数据库来开发本系统，运行环境为Windows XP。
 与学校现有的学籍管理系统相比，中澳学生学籍管理信息系统将更有针对性。现有系统里的选课名单是按照行政班来分配的（包括降级等），而中澳班学生的澳方课程注册与是否降级无直接关系，而是以每学期的课程实际注册为准。因此，现有系统对教师确定上课名单造成许多不便。本^论文课题是以中澳班为背景，根据该专业班级的实际情况。整套系统具有操作简便，界面简洁美观；可分权限供不同用户（管理员、教师、学生）登录使用。它基本实现了传统管理应用中的属性数据的管理，拥有查询、添加、修改、删除、统计学生信息等功能。本文严格按照软件工程方法，从系统分析、系统设计、需求分析、系统实施、系统的运行与维护等方面一一对系统进行了说明。

Abstract

Nowadays, information technology has been more deeply and widely applied to Nowadays, information technology has been more deeply and widely applied to management than ever. Management Information System (MIS) is becoming more and more mature in practice. As a new developing subject, MIS shall be set up in every working unit in order to efficiently organize internal activities.

Student registration management system plays an important part in decision-making and management of a school, and it typically reflects the basic concept of MIS, essence of its design and development. I choose PowerBuilder 9.0 from Sybase Company and SQL Server2000 Database from Microsoft Company to develop this system under windows XP environment after careful analysis and sift.

Comparing with the existing school register management system, the Sino-Australian student register management information system will be more target-oriented. Since if the Sino-Australian class students want to register the curriculums in Australian there is no direct relation with whether they degraded, however, the existing system forbids this kind of registions. Therefore, it gives teachers a lot of inconvenient. The paper is based on an actual model of Sino-Australian classes in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. This system is easy to use and can be logged in by different users (Administrator, teachers, and students). It has the functions of searching, adding, editing, and deleting student information. This paper tries to make a specific instruction of the system from the following parts strictly according to software engineering approach: system analysis, system design, requirement analysis, system and system implementation as well as the operation and maintenance of the system.
