进销存管理系统的设计与开发

摘  要

进销存管理系统是针对中小型企业的管理特点，它集进、销、存、分析于一体，能满足用户进货管理、销售管理、库存管理、基本资料管理、查询等各项工作。本系统具有稳定性高、安全、易扩展、结构合理、界面友好、操作方便等特点。
系统开发的目标是实现企业进销存管理的系统化，规范化和自动化，该系统具有产品库存管理，客户关系管理，进货管理，销售管理等多个功能，满足企业高效管理的需求。
本^论文介绍了进销存管理信息系统开发的全过程，主要从管理思想、系统分析说明、系统设计说明、系统使用说明、技巧与体会等方面对本管理系统加以论述。前言部分指明了选题背景和开题意义；而后又详细介绍了系统的分析、系统的开发与设计说明等内容。

ABSTRACT

This administration system is aim at the management characteristics of medium small scaled business enterprise, it provides functions such as gather, sale and stock so as to meet users’ demand of gather administration, sale administration, inventory administration, basic information administration and combined query. The system possess characteristics involve high stability, safety, expand easily, structure reasonable, interface amity, operation convenience and so on.
The development of this system is to put the enterprise gather, sale and stock administration into an systematization, standardization and automation way. The system has inventory administration, customer relationship administration, gather administration, sale administration and so on. All those can be used to meet the enterprise’s needs of effective administration.
The thesis introduced the whole course that the management information system develops, mainly from manage thought、elucidation of system analysis、systematic specification、systematic operation instructions、skill、respect of realizing etc. Preface part pointed out the background of the selected title and turned on the question meaning; Then introduced such contents as systematic analysis, systematic development and specification, etc. in detail.
