高校图书馆管理信息系统

摘要

 图书馆管理系统是一个用来管理图书馆或书社的日常事务的一个信息管理系统。现在在高校中，图书馆成为大学生们经常去的地方，在那里自习，看书交流一些经验和心得。而现在大学的图书馆的规模也是越来越大，5、6层楼的图书馆已经成为很多学校的标志性建筑。
 本系统采用系统管理员制管理，系统功能应包含录入图书信息、录入书架信息、录入读者信息、借书/还书、逾期图书查询、图书查询管理、出版社销售排行、热门图书排行、库存图书类别统计表。系统面向中小型图书馆，实现快捷的信息储存和查询，提高工作效率。
 系统界面力求简洁、易用，在标准化的基础上考虑界面的美观和新颖。
 本文介绍了在Powerbuilder9.0环境下采用“自上而下地总体规划，自下而上地应用开发”的策略开发一个管理信息系统的过程。通过分析某学校管理系统的不足，创建了一套行之有效的计算机管理的方案。文章介绍了图书管理信息系统的系统分析部分，包括可行性分析、业务流程分析等；系统设计部分主要介绍了系统功能设计和数据库设计及代码设计；系统实现部分说明了几个主要模块的算法，本系统界面友好，操作简单，比较实用。

ABSTRACT

 Library management system is a library or publishing house used to manage the day-to-day affairs of an information management system. Now in universities, libraries, university students often become the place to go, where self-study, reading the exchange of experience and expertise. But now the size of university libraries is also growing, 5,6-story library has become a hallmark of many schools of architecture.

 The system uses a system administrator system management, system function should be included in the book entry information, entry shelf information, the reader entry information, library / book, overdue books inquiries, inquiries, book management, publishing sales ranking, top ranking, books, stock books types of tables. System for small and medium-sized libraries, to achieve efficient information storage and query efficiency.
 
 System interface try to be brief, easy to use, in considering the basis of standardization of the appearance and innovative interface.
 
 This article describes the environment in Powerbuilder9.0 the adoption of the "top-down to the overall planning, bottom-up approach to application development" strategy to develop a management information system process. Through the analysis of a school management system deficiencies, to create a set of effective management of the computer.
