新桂系的民族政策及其对广西乡村建设的影响——以瑶民区为个案
 
 摘要
 20世纪30年代前，广西乡村组织不健全，政府对乡村的控制较弱。新桂系主政广西期间，很重视乡村问题，而且为缓和民族矛盾，巩固其在广西的统治，对广西各少数民族实行了一系列比较开明和进步的民族政策，其中较多方面涉及到乡村建设。笔者借以瑶民区为切入点，加以论述新桂系的民族政策及其对广西乡村建设的影响。

The New Kwangsi Clique’s National Policy and its Impacts to The Rural Construction of Guangxi
----- Yaomin area Case

Abstract

 In the 1930s, guangxi, the imperfect rural organization for rural weak control. The new kwangsi clique is attention during the island country problems, and to alleviate the ethnic conflicts in guangxi, consolidate the rule of guangxi minorities is open-minded and carried out a series of progress, various ethnic policies involves rural construction. The author to Yaomin area as an example, discusses the new kwangsi clique and the national policy of rural construction.
