摘要

 本课题主要研究开利公司考勤管理信息系统的设计与实现,介绍了在PowerBuider环境下，开发一个考勤管理信息系统的详细过程。首先简要介绍传统的制造型企业在考勤管理方面的基本职能，然后详细介绍了该考勤管理信息系统的需求分析和系统设计,包括可行性分析、系统整体设计、各个功能模块划分、系统功能模块的设计与具体实现等部分。
 本系统界面良好、操作简单、比较实用、时效性强，有值得进一步学习和研究的价值。

 Abstract

 The paper is to research the design and implementation of companies Attendance Management Information System. Under PowerBuider environment, it introduces the process of developing an attendance performance appraisal management information system in detail. First give a brief introduction of the basic functions of traditional manufacturing enterprises in attendance management, and then make a detailed description of system needs analysis and system design in the attendance management information, which includes feasibility analysis, system design,the  division of various functional modules and implementation of system function modules and so on.
 This system is very practical and easy to use, what’s more, it is time-sensitive and the interface works well. So it is worthwhile for researchers to further study and research.
