基于JAVA的进销存物资管理系统

摘要

 随着企业业务的不断扩大，企业的物资供应管理往往是很复杂，繁琐的，由于掌握的物资种类众多，订货，管理，渠道各有差异，各个企业之间的管理体制不尽相同。各类统计计划报表繁多，因此物资管理必须实现计算机化，而且必须根据企业的具体情况制定便提高工作效率[1]。
 本文提出了一种进销存物资管理系统的设计实现方案，编写了基于JAVA平台的管理软件，实现了物资的仓储管理功能。该软件运采用了当前比较里流行并且技术已经十分成熟的JAVA语言作为开发工具，以及目前已经比较普遍的MVC开源框架来进行系统整体架构。而数据库方面则采用轻量级的My SQL，并通过Hibernate来嫁接数据库与JavaBean，这样不但可以对系统数据进行更高效率的管理，而且便于系统的意志和跨平台操作，实现了仓储管理的数字化、信息化，减少了人力、财力，在提高了系统的运作效率的同时降低了成本。通过不断地修改与调试，最终本软件实现了对物资相关的部门、供应商、员工、定货合同、仓库、库存的信息管理管理[2]。

ABSTRACT

 With the continuous expansion of business，Management of material supply are often very complicated. Because of the many types of materials available, Orders, management, Channels are all different, Management system for all enterprises are also different. There are too many statistics ,so computerized materials management must be achieved. And it must be in accordance with the specific business to improve efficiency.  This paper presents a materials management system Invoicing design scheme for the preparation of a JAVA-based platform management software, to achieve a material storage management functions. The software shipped in comparison with the current popular and has been very mature JAVA language as a development tool, and now more common open source MVC framework for overall system architecture. The database is used lightweight My SQL, and database via Hibernate to grafting and JavaBean, so the system can not only more efficient data management, and easy system will and interoperability to realize the digital storage management , information, and reduce the human and financial resources, in improving the operational efficiency of the system while reducing costs. By constantly modify and debug software on the end of this material related departments, suppliers, employees, ordering the contract, storage, inventory management of information management.
