摘     要
 随着计算机网络技术的发展和普及,网站作为一种新兴的媒体它的地位越来越显现出来了.无论在国内,还是国外;在政治,还是在经济,它的出现给我们带来了前所未有的便利,它的存在已经成为我们的一种习惯,它已经变成日常生活不可缺少的一部分.毫无疑问它给这个世界带来了巨大的经济效益和政治效益,充分利用和挖掘它的优势,意义非常重大而深远.
 而本平台的实现就是基于这个基础之上建立的, 开发过程中充分采用面向对象的编程模式，发挥了ASP.NET后台编码技术的优势，代码的可复用性好；优秀的系统设计，采用三层结构，使项目容易维护以及功能的扩展, 本项目采用了ASP.NET中大多数的常用技术[1]。
 本系统的内容主要包括教学大纲、教学日历、师资队伍、教学课件、试题库、在线讨论、后台管理等版块，功能相对较为齐全，内容充实，但是操作简单、成本低、效率高，没有地域限制，信息管理方便、安全性更高具有较为明显的优点。

Website Construction of the Applied Communication

Abstract
With the development and popularization of the network technology, web’s status has become more and more obviously. Whether in inside or outside nations; no matter in politics or economy area, it has bring so much convenience and it completely become one of habits in our lives，we depend on it so much. Without question，it had bring greatness political benefit and economic benefit since his appear, so how to make full use of and excavate its predominance are very important and significative.

This project is developed on all these technologies. In developing this project process we gave full play to ASP .NET codeBehind technology and adopted object oriented programming mode, code can be used. repeatedly. The outstanding system and the three-tier structure make it easy, that are the project maintenance and expansion of function. This project utilized most daily technology in ASP. NET.

This system mainly contained syllabus, teaching calendar, teachers, courseware, test questions, online discussions, back management and so on. It has comparatively functions, abundance content, but the operation simple, low cost and high-efficiency , have no region restrict, information management conveniently and high security. So its advantage is clearly.
