基于PB的企业员工管理系统

摘要

 企业员工管理是企业管理中的一个重要内容，随着时代的进步，企业也逐渐变的庞大起来。如何管理好企业员工的各种信息，成为企业管理中的一个大问题。在这种情况下，开发一个企业员工管理系统就显得非常必要。
 本系统以PowerBuilder 9.0为开发工具，运用面向对象语言，我研究了有关员工信息的添加，删除，修改；部门信息的添加，删除，修改和查询；职务信息管理的添加，删除，修改和查询；培训管理包括培训课程管理，培训效果评价和培训需求管理；考勤管理包括了考勤信息管理和考勤类型设定；工资管理包括了医疗保险，员工津贴和月工资生成；变更管理则包括了变更信息，而帮助主题主要用于对系统运用的帮助，基本上能够满足现代企业对人事管理的需要。
 本文介绍了企业员工管理系统的开发过程。^论文详细介绍了从系统的需求分析、数据库设计和各个模块具体实现的整个开发过程。

ABSTRACT

The business enterprise staff management is an important content in the business enterprise management. Along with the progress of ages, the business enterprise also becomes huge gradually. How to manage good business enterprise employee's information becomes a great problem in the business enterprise management. It seems to be very necessary to develop a business enterprise personal management system in this kind of case.
This system takes PowerBuilder as a developing tool, using Object Oriented language, We have researched the relevant employee information to add, delete, modify; the department information functions to add, delete, modify, and see about; job information management functions to add, delete, modify and query; training management including training courses management, training eva luation and training requirement management; attendance management including the attendance information management and attendance type settings; salary management including medical insurance, staff allowance and mensal salary generated; change management including the change information, and help theme is mainly for use which needs help about the system, which can satisfy modern business enterprise's demand to personal management basically.
This text introduces the development process of staff management system. The thesis introduces the need analysis of the system, database design and the whole development process of carrying out each model in detail.
