方便实用的人事管理系统

摘要

 随着计算机技术的飞速发展，利用计算机实现企业人事工资的管理势在必行。对于大中型企业来说，利用计算机支持企业高效率完成劳动人事管理的日常事务，是适应现代企业制度要求、推动企业劳动人事管理走向科学化、规范化的必要条件。
 本^论文是从现代企业管理中的人事管理现状出发，针对人事管理的复杂程序，经过详细的系统调查，开发出的操作简单而且方便实用的一个人事管理系统。对企业中的员工档案、考勤信息、工作评价、调动信息、工资信息进行管理。
 本系统的前端开发工具是Visual Basic 6.0，后台数据库引擎选用数据库软件Access 2000。

 With the development at full speed of the technology of the computer, the management which makes use of computer to realize enterprise's personnel salary is imperative. To large and medium-sized enterprise, utilize computer support enterprise high efficiency is it operates daily affairs of personnel management, meet the needs of modern enterprise system, promote enterprise not to work personnel management move towards the scientific process, standardized essential terms.
 This thesis proceeds from personnel management current situation in modern business administration, to complicated procedure of personnel management, investigate through detailed system operation simple and convenient a practical personnel administrative system that develop. Staff file, attendance information, work in enterprise appraise, shift message, salary message not to manage.
 The front developing instrument of this system is Visual Basic 6. 0, backstage database engine selects the database software Access 2000 for use.
