摘要

当今社会是一个网络繁荣的社会，生活和工作中的许多地方，都用虚拟网络进行了代替，原来的业务模式有了本质的改变。而对于企业,面试员工和对员工能力的评定，在员工能力培养和考核的发展过程中，越来越受到企业的重视和认可。由于传统纸制考试，虽然实用性很高，但存在的许多明显的问题和弊端。基于此所以提出构建一个支持、辅助广大企业员工学习和测试的平台，即JSP在线企业考试系统。
本文介绍了在线考试系统的概念，以及如何利用JSP+Struts框架来对整个系统进行设计，架构和相关功能的实现，系统中如何实现数据库的相关操作。其中，重点介绍了系统的架构，各功能模块的设计，以及内部页面流程之间的协调操作。

ABSTRACT

Nowadays, invisible internet is flourishing and used in many field of our life and work, it has changed and replaced the essence of original business model. What more, many companies have raised the attention to advance their employees’ ability and to assess the staff. The companies prefer to take the mean of examination to appraise their new employees. Although the traditional paper exam is helpful, it has many problems and shortcomings obviously. So, base on above discussion , making a JSP corporation on- line exam system is just an effective platform to aid employees to study or advance their ability.
This paper introduces the concept of the on line exam system, how to use JSP+ Struts framework to design, construct the system and achieve its functions, how to use database to work in this system. The point of the paper is the structure of system, the design of every function model, and an effective working with inner pages and procedures.
