^论文字数:18736,页数:43 附任务书,开题报告,文献综述 低压断路器操动机构的设计与优化 摘 要:低压断路器是用于接通、分断配电电路及对各种故障进行保护的一种开关电器,广泛应用于低压配电系统中。本文以DW16型万能式断路器为研究对象。利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS提供的Exchange(图形接口)模块将PRO/E中的DW16模型导入,应用ADAMS对其进行运动仿真,结果表明,利用多体动力学仿真技术可以极大地提高研究人员设计开发新产品的能力。 关键词:低压断路器;多体动力学;仿真软件ADAMS; The design& It 's excellent to turn of the Operation organization with the low-voltage breaker Abstract: The low-voltage breaker is a kind of switch electrical appliance. It can get on and cut the distribution circuit and protect all kinds of faults.this research object of this paper was DW16 air circuit breaker.The assembly modle in PRO/E was imported by using the exchange module of multibody dynamics simulation software automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical system(ADAMS),and then its movement was simulated by applying ADAMS,in the end,the simulation result with experiment result was compared.It is shown that the ability of design and development of researcher can be effectively improved by make use of the multibody dynamics simulation technology.
