电器装配线PLC控制系统

摘要： 本次设计介绍了FX2N PLC机的性能及特点，及以其为核心的一种低成本、高精度、微型化、数字显示的电器装配线控制系统。可编程序控制器（Programmable controller）简称PLC，是近年来一种极为迅速，应用极为广泛的工业控制装置。它是一种专为工业环境应用而设计的数字运行的电子系统，它采用可编程程序的存储器，用来存储用户指令，通过数字或模拟的输入/输出完成确定的逻辑顺序、定时、记数、运算和一些确定的功能来控制各种类型的机械或生产过程。该电器装配线控制系统，根据实际要求利用PLC的实时控制和顺序处理功能，完成系统控制，本次设计为了考虑到系统的稳定性和安全性，采用了当今技术较高的霍尔元件代替传统使用的行程开关，以及利用红外线检测技术来检测当前产品的完成件数。在本次^论文中，给出了控制系统的硬件原理图，主电路图及软件设计。

Electrical wire distribution PLC control system

Abstract:  This design introduced the function and merits of the FX2N PLC,and electrical appliance linearize Control system which digital shouing has high efficiency ,low cost on the core of FX2N PLC.Programmable controller short for PLC,it’s aspcial digital running electrical system which design for industry circumstances.This control system , based on the request of practice adopt the PLC’s merits to finish the control of system  This design consider the steady ability and security adopt hoe’s components compare with switch which has more technology and infrared minitor technology to examine the quantity of production at the present This thesis has the system’s scheme of hardware main circuit diagram and software design.
