^论文字数:24646,页数:60 附任务书 摘 要:本课题的设计利用CPU控制步进电机,从而进一步控制电极插入电溶液的深度,以智能控制代替传统的手动操作来冶炼铅金属。克服了人工操作时由于工作环境恶劣、可操作性差等原因导致的操作频繁、控制精度低、劳动强度高、电极消耗多、电能及热能损失较大等缺点。本设计采用模糊控制系统,不需要装置的精确模型,仅依赖于操作人员的经验和直观判断, 易于实现对温度的快速有效地精确控制。 关键词:模糊控制;铅冶炼;电热前床。 Abstract: This topic design making use of the CPU control step entering electrical engineering then controlling electrode inserting giving or get an electric shock aqua, replace the traditional moving the operation with the intelligence control to the smelt of lead.
