文档编号:CL055 文档字数:12540,页数:27 摘要:本文探讨了铁盐直接配位法、铁粉直接反应法、复分解反应法三种合成甘氨酸螯合铁的工艺。重点研究了铁粉直接反应合成法,考察了反应温度、反应时间、柠檬酸的加入量等反应条件对产率的影响,探索了铁粉直接反应合成法的基本规律。对产物进行了定性分析、定量测试和红外表征,对比了三种产品的吸湿返潮性,并用DSC对产物进行了热性能测试。 关键词:甘氨酸; 铁;甘氨酸螯合铁 Abstract: Three methods of synthesizing technics of ferrous glycinate chelate using ferrous chloride with glycin, iron with glycin and calcium oxide with glycin as raw materials were studied in this paper. The experiments focus on the synthesizing technics of ferrous glycinate chelate using iron with glycin. The effect of reaction temperature, time and the quantity of citric acid as one way to explore the basic rule of the technics was studied. The products were analyzed by qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and infrared analysis. The moisture absorption ability of products from three different methods was compared.
