文档编号:CL056 文档字数:13083,页数:29 摘 要: 紫外光固化(UV)是目前涂装领域中最快的固化方式之一,经过UV固化后的涂膜具有很高的抗化学腐蚀性,优良的物理性能和光泽。本文主要以丙烯酸酯合成改性聚氨酯,所得产物再进行多元醇和有机硅烷的改性。测试结果表明:硅烷偶联剂成功接枝在聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚体上,产物的表干时间、粘接强度、耐热耐水性得到较大改善。 Abstract: : Ultraviolet curing is one of the fastest curing methods in the coating industry, films cured by UV radiation has the properties of high chemical resistance ,excellent physical strength and very good gloss.In this paper, the synthesis of modified polyurethane acrylates are the products of organic silicon polyol modified. Test results show that: the silane coupling agent successful grafted on urethane acrylates were on the product, dry time table, heat resistant adhesive strength, water has improved greatly. 目 录
