国外对华反倾销现状、趋势及对策研究

摘  要
 
 改革开放以来, 我国对外贸易取得了引人瞩目的成就, 进出口总额在相对短的时间内有了巨大的增长。但是, 随着出口的不断增长, 中国企业也正在被越来越多的国外反倾销案件所困扰。这些案件不但直接影响了我国商品的出口和经济的发展, 而且也严重损害了我国的国际声誉。目前, 中国已成为世界上出口产品遭受反倾销调查最多的国家。在这样的背景下, 我国的出口业遭受了重大打击, 损失惨重, 给国民经济的良性发展蒙上了一层阴影。研究国外对华反倾销的特点及其未来发展趋势对于今后我国如何制定对外贸易政策和采取相应的措施显得非常重要。
 本文第一部分介绍含义、内容；第二部分介绍国外对华反倾销对中国的影响；第三部分介绍了国外对华反倾销现状成因，包括国外对华反倾销的内部原因、外部原因；第四部分通过社会主流观点，进行国外对华反倾销的对策分析。

ABSTRACT

 Since the reform and opening up, China's foreign trade has achieved spectacular achievement, total import and export volume in phase village short time has grown enormously. Research anti-dumping characteristics and the future development trends for the future of China's foreign trade policy and how to formulate corresponding measures appears very important.
 This paper first part of this paper introduces the definition, contents, The second part, introduce anti-dumping impact to China, The third part, this paper introduces the anti-dumping situation factors, including anti-dumping internal cause and external cause, The fourth part, through the social mainstream view, carries on the analysis of anti-dumping measures.
