中小企业的融资方式的选择研究
 
 摘  要
 自1978年我国实行改革开放以来，中小企业得到了迅速发展，中小企业在中国经济中占有十分重要的位置。目前，在全国工商注册登记的中小企业人约有800万家以上，中小企业占全部企业总数的99%，中小企业工业总产值和实现利税分别占全国的60%和40%左右，为推动我国的经济增长做出了巨大贡献，是中国经济蓬勃发展的中坚力量。但同时中小企业因融资受到重重障碍而难以发展，成为社会各界关注的热点。目前，我国中小企业的融资方式过于单一，自筹资金的能力较差，直接融资方式受到很大限制，多数中小企业仅仅指望银行贷款进行融资，然而却常常遭受拒绝。因此，选择什么样的方式融资，如何融资一直是各国经济学家、管理学家等关注的焦点。本^论文从现今各中小企业所面临的融资难问题出发，简单介绍了国内外中小企业融资方式的研究现状以及其产生的原因、所存在的相关问题，并提出相关的解决对策。

Small and Medium Enterprises Financing Methods of Research

ABSTRACT
 Make a summary since our country puts reform and openness into practice in 1978, medium-sized and small enterprises has got prompt development , medium-sized and small enterprises has occupied very important location in Chinese economy. Medium-sized and small enterprises accounts for 99% of enterprise sum all , medium-sized and small enterprises gross output value accounts for about 40% of 60% sum of the whole nation with realizing profit and tax difference above the medium-sized and small enterprises people who at present, registers in countrywide industry and commerce logon being made an appointment with to have 8 million in order the economic growth driving our country's has made enormous contribution out, be a vigorous Chinese economy core force. But because simultaneously the small and medium-sized enterprise finances receives layer on layer the barrier, but develops with difficulty, becomes the community attention the hot spot. At present, Our country Small and medium-sized enterprise's financing way is too unitary, self-provides the fund ability to be bad, the direct finance way receives the very big limit, the most small and medium-sized enterprises counted on merely the bank loan carries on financing, however actually frequently suffers the rejection. Therefore, what way financing chooses, how finances has been the various countries' economist, manages attention and so on scientist focal points. The present paper the financing difficult question which faces from nowadays various small and medium-sized enterprises to embark, introduced simply the domestic and foreign small and medium-sized enterprise financing way's research present situation as well as it produces the reason, exists the related question, and proposes the related solution countermeasure.
