我国民营制造业发展中存在的问题及对策
 
摘要
 
 民营制造业是我国国民经济中的一支生力军。它起步晚，基础差，但发展的速度快。民营制造业具有顽强的生命力，它极善于寻找生存空间，捕捉市场机会，根据外部环境的特征和变化来确定自身的发展方向和发展方式，在我国广阔的地域内，形成了明显的区域性特色。经过20多年的发展、完善，目前已形成相当大的规模，已成为推动我国经济持续、快速、健康发展的重要力量。然而，当前存在着制约民营制造业进一步发展的若干因素，必须有针对地从多方面采取措施。作为我国经济成分中的新生代，其地位和作用日益突出。但是，目前民营制造业在发展中仍存在不少问题，因此，只有克服不利因素，民营制造业才会在激烈的竞争中持续发展。通过对民营企业发展中存在的认识和观念上的落后，缺乏民营企业服务中介体系、融资困难、技术缺乏创新、企业内部缺乏有效组织管理等问题的探讨，提出了相应的对策。

 China's private manufacturing problems and countermeasures

ABSTRACT

 Private sector is a vital force in our national economy. It started late, poor foundation, but the development speed. Private sector has a strong vitality, it is very good at looking for living space, to capture market opportunities, according to the characteristics and changes in the external environment to determine the direction and development of their own way, in our vast land area, forming a distinct regional characteristics. After 20 years of development, improvement, and has formed a large scale, have become the China's sustained, rapid and healthy development of the important forces. However, the current existence of constraints to further development of the private sector a number of factors, there must be targeted to adopt a variety of measures. As the private economy in China's new generation of economic sectors, and its increasingly prominent position and role. However, at present in the development of private enterprises are still many problems, therefore, only to overcome the negative factors, private enterprises in the fierce competition will be sustainable development. Through the development of private enterprises exist in the understanding of the concept of private enterprise behind the lack of intermediary service system for private enterprises, financial difficulties, lack of innovation in technology, lack of effective internal problems of organization and management, puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
