我国国有企业资本结构存在的问题及优化

摘要
企业资本结构是指企业各种资本的构成及其比例关系，是反映企业财力的重要指标，是衡量企业偿债能力的重要尺度，同时也是检验企业财务风险重要依据。我国国有企业的资本结构问题受宏观政策性因素影响较大，因此优化我国国有企业资本结构必须对宏观政策环境进行深入分析和研究，同时企业资本结构有其自身运动的规律和理论，对其进行微观研究也是必要的。因此要找到国有企业资本结构中存在的问题，并且解决问题，优化国有企业资本结构就要先了解我国国有企业资本本结构的现状，找出问题，分析现状的成因，结合实际情况和国内外先进经验，找到优化国有企业资本结构的方法，突出资本结构改革的主线，论述我国国有企业资本结构所存在的问题和优化方案。

Problem and optimization of capital structure of China's state-owned enterprises
Abstract Capital structure refers to the various capital composition of enterprises and their proportional relations, which is an important index reflecting the corporate finance, an important scale enterprises to evaluate debt-paying ability,and an important basis testing enterprise financial risk as well. Capital structure of China's State-owned enterprises is affected by the larger macro-policy factors. The macro-policy environment must be analyzed and investigated to optimize the capital structure of China's state-owned enterprises. Meanwhile, it is necessary to investigate its microscopic environment due to its own motion laws and theory. Therefore, in order to find and solve the problems of the capital structure existing in the state-owned enterprises and optimize the capital structure of state-owned enterprises, the current situation of the structure of the state-owned enterprise capital should first to be knew, identified and analyzed. Combining the actual situation and the advanced experience, the method of optimization of the capital structure is found. , the main line of the reformation of the capital restructuring is highlighted. the problems and optimizations of the capital structure of state-owned enterprises in China are presented.[Key words] state-owned enterprises;capital structure;problems;optimization[Paper Type] Applied Research
