摘要：生态防洪堤通过对生态基础设施（Ecological Infrastructrue）地段的设计，来保障关键的自然和文化过程的安全和健康，维护大地景观的生态完整性和地域特色，能够改善和促进自然系统的生态服务功能，同时让居民能够充分感受到这些服务。这个EI将作为区域和城市规划设计的基础，并引导和框限城市的空间形态和格局。生态基础设施是维护生命土地的安全和健康的关键性空间格局，是城市和居民获得持续的自然服务（生态服务）的基本保障，是城市扩张和土地开发利用不可触犯的刚性限制。

Summary: the design of the Ecological Infrastructrue place is implemented by the ecology flood-dam to safeguards the keythe nature and the cultural process security and the health, maintainsthe earth landscape the ecology integrity and the regioncharacteristic, can improve and promote the natural system ecologyservice function, simultaneously lets the inhabitant be able fully tofeel these services.Ecological Infrastructrue is maintains the life land the security and the health crucial spatial pattern, is nature service which the cityand the inhabitant obtains continues (ecology service) the basicsafeguard, is the rigid limit which the city expanse and the land development use cannot be offended.
