京杭运河拱墅区段保护和开发项目整体策划

摘要：
目前，杭州传统景区容量相对饱和，为将杭州建设成国际性旅游城市，开发新的旅游资源刻不容缓。因此，开发运河的人文资源，成为杭州发展的必然要求。拱墅区段是历史上古运河经济、文化集中的最典型地区，集中了杭城沿河的大部分历史遗存。整合现有的产业、空间、历史遗迹、产业遗址、运河等资源，挖掘地方的特色主题，作为本次产业策划的主线。处理好历史与现代、保护改造与建设、产业与文化、旅游与消费的关系，形成互补、互动的整体优势。最终实现地区各种资源的整合，挖掘运河拱墅区段的地方特色，展现运河沿线的城市魅力，以“历史与文化”作为产业发展的导向，全面提升运河两岸地区的经济、社会、文化、生活品质。

  Abstract：
