摘要
智能住宅又称“智能家居”(Smart Home)。它利用先进的计算机，嵌入式系统和网络通讯技术，将室内的各种设备(如照明系统，环境控制，安防系统，网络家电)通过家庭网络连接到一起。智能住宅是未来家居的发展趋势，它能够给用户提供安全、舒适和便利的生活环境，并且能够随时随地地监控自己的住宅。我国的智能住宅系统发展还处于初级阶段，有着巨大的市场需求和广泛的发展空间及前景。
本系统主要研究如何通过公用电话网与集中控制器来监控家里有可能发生的警情或灾情以及分别通过气敏传感器和热释电红外线传感器来实现对家里的煤气泄漏和入室盗窃等警情的远程监控报警模块，主要包括：如何接收经电话线传来的报警信息；通过何种方式与家里的警情或灾情进行通讯；如何把语音信号传输到电话线上等等。
智能住宅安防报警系统的设计是建立在单片机平台上的一个比较完整的家庭报警系统智能化监控的解决方案。包括对现代家庭报警功能单元的状态检测、参数记录、状态判别、自动控制等过程，这些控制过程将被集中在一起，既可以进行本地控制，还可以按人们的需求实现远程监控。

ABSTRACT
Smart housing is called smart home.It connects all kinds of home facilities such as light system,environment control system,safeguard system network appliance system together by advanced computers,embedded system and network communication technology. Smart housing is the future home of the development trend of users it can to provide a safe, comfortable and convenient living environment, and anywhere to be able to control their own home. The development of our smart home is the primary step,so there is huge marker requirement,extensive space for development and good perspective.
The system is mainly to see how the public phone network and centralized controller to monitor a possible home of the police and the situation or disaster passed gas sensors and pyroelectric infrared sensor to achieve the home of a gas leak and housebreaking and theft and other police intelligence Far process control alarm module, including: how to receive transmitted through telephone lines to police information; and the manner in which the home of the police intelligence or disaster communication; how the voice signal transmission to phone lines, and so on.
Smart housing Alarm System design is based on SCM's platform of a complete family of Intelligent Alarm System Monitoring solution. Including the right alarm function of modern family unit state detection, parameter records, state discrimination and automatic control process. These control process will be put together, both for local control, also by the demand of the people to achieve remote control.
