摘     要
随着电话的普及，越来越多的人希望能用电话实现远程报警。另外，很多商店下班后无人值守，当有盗警、火警发生时，人们希望商店能自动报警，同时能用电话进一步查询、核实警情等住处。我采用MCS-51单片机，配合新型的DTMF解码芯片和语音电路，成功实现了用电话进行远程报警。
我利用电话网传输数字和语音信息，可实现远程电话查询，系统扩展性强，设计新颖，功能齐全，可靠性高，操作方便。这种报警器具有很强的实用价值，可广泛应用于商店、机要部门、仓库及居家环境实现安全防范。

Abstract
Along with the universality of the telephone, more and more person's hopes can realizes with the telephone the long range reports to the police.Moreover, a lot of stores go off work the behind unmanned value guards, being to have the thief , fire alarm occurrence, people hope that the store can report to the police automatically, can use the telephone at the same time further search, solid  in feeling etc. abode.I adopt the MCS-51 the single a machine, matching with new DTMF solution code  slice with speech electric circuit, the success realizes to use the telephone proceeds the long range reports to the police.
I make use of the telephone net deliver the arithmetic figure with the speech information, can realize the long range telephone search, the system expands the sex strong, design novel, the function is well-found, the dependable is high, operation convenience.This kind of report to the police tool contain very strong and practical value, extensive apply to realizes in store, confidential section, warehouse and daily life at home environments the safety against.
