摘    要
随着我国经济的高速发展和人民生活水平的提高,用电量迅猛增加。电参数的准确、快速测量及信息传递对于实现电网调度自动化、保证电网安全与经济运行具有十分重要的意义,并且提高了国家电力管理部门的工作效率和经济效益。
本设计以单片机ATmega16为核心,电能采集部分采用美国模拟器件公司最新推出的专用高性能、高精度电能计量芯片ADE7758。它具有监测多路电压有效值、电流有效值、功率因数以及有功功率、无功功率、视在功率等电能信息的功能。采集到的电能信息可以通过RS-485通信方式与电能信息管理系统实现互连。12864实时显示各种计量信息。
本文简述了电力仪器的发展现状,说明了智能仪表开发的步骤方法和基本原理,重点介绍了ADE7758和AVR系列单片机的特点,根据系统的技术要求和功能特点确定了总体设计和硬件实现方案,将整个硬件系统配置分为微处理系统、输入变换系统、通信接口、12864点阵显示系统四大部分,并在此基础上,详细介绍了整个系统各个部分的软硬件开发过程。系统采集数据丰富,工作稳定可靠,测量精度高,凸显了智能性。

Abstract
With the high development of our economy and the improvement of our living level,the electric power consumption is increasing greatly. It is very important for the implement of attempting automatically,assurance safety and economical running the electric Power network with fast and accurate testing and passing their parameters. It can also effectively help to improve the work and economy efficiency of our national power management.
Design of system is based on MCU ATmega16. Special electric power measurement chip named ADE7758 produced by AD Corporation is used for the collection of electric power. ADE7758 is a newest production with high precision. The ADE7758 is a high accuracy 3-phase electrical energy measurement IC. It can monitor the electric information of six passages,including active, reactive, apparent energy,VRMS,IRMS,power factor and etc. RS-485 can realize the inter link between the data and electric power information management system. 12864 can display multifarious real-time information of electric power.
 In all,firstly,this paper introduce the development of electric instrument and the develop process and basic method of intelligent. Specially,the characteristic of ADE7758 and AVR microprocessor are introduced. Secondly,according to the technique index and function characteristic,it should decide the realization scheme of the whole system and divide whole system into four parts such as input transform system,AVR microprocessor,communication system,12864 display. Thirdly,base on the whole system scheme,the soft and hardware process of every part is described. The system can collect plentiful data information,work stably and reliable. Moreover,it has high accuracy and obvious intelligence.
